Operation mode of the grid machine

1,Firstly, the yellow skeleton wire at the back of the mainframe is conveyed from the material rack through the straightening system to the mainframe.

2,The white plastic wire is sent out from the center of the mainframe as a support.

3,The wire used as the frame is conveyed from the side of the mainframe starting from the material rack, then through the straightening wheel and the wire feeding wheel, and finally transferred to the buffer machine before being conveyed to the mainframe.

4,The control system controls the length and speed of the wire delivery.

5,The wire used as the frame is conveyed, piercing through the white plastic wire. Then the bending systems on both sides bend the wire and wind it around the yellow skeleton wire.

6,After cutting all wires, the grid is completed and pushed to the storage rack.
